TERRIBLE SERVICE. THEIR SYSTEM ALWAYS GETS STUCK AND IT TAKES FOREVER TO GET ANYTHING DONE. All 4 TIMES I HAVE BEEN HERE. SAME THING WHEN CALLING OVER THE PHONE. I asked to have a contract for the limited time. Ms.Svobodova gave me two options with committment or without. I CHOSE WITHOUT. Of course now they tell me that it never happened and I have to pay the fee for cancelling the service. The lady manager Ms.Mozrova only smiled and said that she cannot help.

I have been an O2 phone and internet customer for over 3 years and recently contacted them to end my contract. They asked for 42 days notice. I tried to give notice early but they would not let me and said that the notice period for ending contracts must be a fixed period of 42 days.I waited until it was 42 days before I wanted to end the contract and called them to give notice. It was then that they told me that I must pay a contract termination fee. This was totally unexpected and had not been mentioned before.I was also told that I would receive 2 letters, one with the bill for the termination fee (1111 kc) and another as confirmation of the my request to cancel the contract. I paid the fee immediately and waited for my phone and internet to be disconnected 42 days later.When it was not cut off I called O2 again. This time they said that because I head not reconfirmed my confirmation to end the contract, I needed to give them another 42 days notice to end my contract. They also said that I must pay for all phone and internet charges during the second notice period even though I won't be living at that address anymore.I made a complaint to the O2 complaint department but was told that it was all my fault and not theirs.Note: As I am only an intermediate Czech speaker, I tried several times to speak to an English speaker when calling O2 but none were available.

I totally don't recommend anyone to deal with them, they sell bad quality products and when we complain about the product they say we can't help you since you are to tourist. (Scam)

Neat and clean, and fast service. Compared with other service providers, and O2 seems good option for tourist data plans.

Its best to call the O2 contact number on website. The care center has low quality employee without proper knowledge about services.

Arrogant and useless, go to Vodafone or any other ISP / WSP. Our guy basically called someone, handed us the phone and goofed around on the internet while laughing with colleagues and sniffing at us. Thanks for nothing.
