I bought a car from Auta Super. Unfortunately it was the worst buying experience I've ever had in my life. I've traveled all the way to the Czech Republic for a specific sportscar. The dealership wouldn't reserve the car for a couple of days till I arrive and I had to escalate the situation for the car to be reserved for the test drive on a Saturday. Minor cosmetic corrections which where not shown to me on photos or videos would NOT be repaired.The company also details cars in the same complex, it would have been a rather cheap fix for them to polish a couple of scratches and smart fix one dent, which would made me feel appreciated as a customer.Negotiating the pricing was rude (take it or leave it approach), I had to arrange the transport WITHIN their working hours and they wanted to charge outrageous costs for a 4 hour delivery.The dealership made everything possible to make the sell unattractive which makes perfect sense why the car was sitting there for so long. I still bought the car, because i still liked it even though it was not 100% what I was expecting.The service was very very poor. I did state this multiple times btw that I am not happy the way I am treated and they did nothing to improve the experience.If they apply the same sell practices as they applied with me please consider you purchase, there are way to many loopholes here that could make you regret your purchase.If you are sure you are buying the car that you want forget about the buyers experience get the car and never look back.Hope this review helped you and Auta Super please be better than that.

This is the second Time i have made a purchase from Auta Super. The Service is Brilliant. The Car was ready and delivered with out any issues. The Paper work was prompt and on time . I will highly recommend them. It was a pleasure to do business with them again .

This is the BEST car dealership in Czech Republic and potentially one of the best in Europe.Super clean, well organised, they sell only well maintained or nearly brand new cars and provide exceptional service. I visited twice with a run down old Alfa that I parked right in front of the shop. I was treated well from the reception to a friendly and very helpful salesman Valcav who was giving me advises on different types of Mercedes and what they have and can get for us. My wife and I didn't buy the car from them and yet, they kept in touch and were super nice.They are 10 times better than the arrogant salesman from Advantage - just for the record.
