Amazing experience, I was looking for internet provider for good price and Pe3ny completely overpassed my expectations. Great speed, helpful customer service, flexible contract and overall great experience. Price is also unbeatable, highly recommended to anyone who is in the area of their service.

Good WiFi+ Internet but I don't know why, but sometimes it just turns the Internet off (once per day) and it's Rly annoying, but other than that it's a good connection.

Internet works fine but the small scale of the company comes with few disadvantages. They have false promos and just now they cancelled our TV because they dont understand smart tv vs iptv? Cant call their support at night so no TV until someone decids to fix it. I would try a different provider if there was a solid offer.

I give 5 stars. The reason for that is their amazing technical support. I ran into some issues, sure, but anytime I reached out they tried to fix it, called me back about the progress and were proactive, unlike any other big enterprise" internet provider. So if you have the chance and wanna support local company

Was using their services for 4,5 years, never had any problem, very satisfied with customer service.

I am willing to change this once at least something will be done with the outages happening now on daily basis. I truly do not understand the praises towards the IT support for this company. I work from home and therefore can see when the internet goes down (I have to reset the router and the modem at least 3 times a day and sometimes not even that helps). Technician promised me to show up in the morning next day. Next day? No call no comm. whatsoever, I had to call them once again and the technician finally arrived at 1pm after not even knowing our address?... Only thing he did was reset the modem, obviously that did not solve anything and I am writing this review from my data as well as working on them for past 2 or 3 hours. Cherry on top is after finishing a call with support now, they told me there is a need to change the modem (they told me that the first call and said the technician will change it piece for piece when he arrives) but they are waiting for approval, NO time frame of WHEN this will be fixed, NO compensation and NO apology. I would recommend this to a person that really does not need a stable connection or does not need any connection at all, for that purpose it is a great value. Think about me as a Karen but I work in services over 10 years and this is just ridiculous, especially today when lots of people work from home and relay on their internet provider.Will be looking for a new provider soon bc this company is a joke. :)
