Green Motion Car Rental

Dominika is an absolute gem! She made the process so easy and stress free. I generally prefer to just take trains around, but after such a great rental experience, I think I will be returning to Green Motion again and again! The car was in top shape and the location is perfect too. I really cannot recommend this company strongly enough!

Service and overall experience was amazing. Car rental paperwork was quick and prices cheap. Not to mention the lady that took care of us. Sweet, funny with amazing communication skills. Highly recommend :)

Renting a car here is a whole different experience.... Starting with superb, helpful and patient staff that is decent and professional and ending with their amazing quality vehicles.I always get an experience better than I expect, I have tried their rentals once and became a recurrent customer 3 days after, that itself should speak about the quality of this company's rentals.I drove their car from Prague to Nuremberg and it was the most pleasent experience I have ever hard, the cars are always clean and they're well maintained and equipped with the latest technologies which make them very enjoyable.Also I feel obliged to specifically mention the rental supervisor/manager who works there, She is one of the few people who were able to put a smile on my face throughtout the car pick up or drop off process, she is one of the nicest people I have ever met and one of the most patient actually, After the 27th question I asked she was still able to say: Do you have any more questions"

Rented a car to travel from Prague to Bohemian Switzerland the national park.Easy rental, booked the night before and picked up the next day.Lovely customer service from Dominika very cheerful.

Dominique was extremely helpful in renting a car, as I had some issues w the website. The counter can be accessed from the back staircase of the Grandior Hotel lobby. Rental car parking is preferably in the -2 level.

They charged me 300 EUR for so tiny chip that I couldn’t notice when I got the car and I am 100% sure it didn’t happen to the car when it was with me. The employee lady said when I tried to check the car before: don’t worry it is fine, and when i returned the car she said: I discovered a chip in the side, if it wasn’t under the light I wouldn’t be able to see it! (I think she was trying to make me think it wasn’t planned) anyway, I don’t recommend this company, if anyone wants to rent a car from them I suggest you to take a clear photos and videos of the whole car before because some companies are merely thieves protected by law.The photos are taken by her of the chip that they charged me 300 EUR for!

This was a great experience from start to finish. Thorough communication made everything easy to organize and the staff were very helpful. Green Motion have a really good selection of cars and an excellent rate. They definitely care about their customers. Next time we are in Melbourne, we'll only go to Green Motion. Thank you so much!

Great service! My friends and I always rented a car from them during our stay in Prague. Dominika is a hoot and half, she always has a smile lurking :) When you get there she helps you out with all the technical stuff, and then she goes over the ins and outs of the car. If you need any assistance during your trip they’re always a phone call away. Highly recommended.
