Stayed in the hotel for one night. The staff at the reception was not very friendly. The room was very simply furnished but it got everything you need. Didn't like the bed though as it was very soft and creaked every time I moved. The food in the restaurant and the breakfast was fairly good though. All in all an ok place to stay for one night but nothing special.

Nice traditional building. Large comfortable room. Restaurant serves nice food. Single inconvenience is that there is no person lift the the floor where the rooms are.

This hotel is a hidden gem. We mainly got it for the closeness of the O2 Arena (about 10 minutes) as we had multiple things to attend there. The hotel is directly connected to a restaurant where complimentary breakfast (out of this world delicious) is served and we also received a coupon for the regular restaurant. Front desk people were very nice. The hallway to the room is angled like an attic which was different, so watch your heads. The room is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the windows open for fresh air. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend.
