yes the hotel is clean but that's the basic I am expecting. Was waiting to check in for at least 30 min, even so I am on crutches nobody bordered. the room was tiny even so we had a upgraded room. the room had a overview over the river, but that's it. Very much disappointed about the breakfast, very simple. in my opinion not worth the money. parking is complicated and for sure nothing for people with a handicap.

Mold in the bathtub, smelly/moldy bathrobes, very narrow beds, food was just horrible. Very indifferent reception. The location is great but that’s about it. I didn’t use their wellness services so can’t tell anything about it, but as a hotel it’s severely overpriced for what it is.

Cannot recommend. Only 25-30 own parking lots, not reservable, more in 15min walking distance uphill. Parking cannot be entered without room card, so check in first. Air condition only blowing but not cooling, it was much too hot in the night. No water to buy in the hotel, supermarks too far away. Service personnel is friendly but not helpful at all. Condition of the spa area is: old, used, some parts broken. That was my last visit there.

The view is fantastic. Close to restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and touristic. Room was clean. Breakfast is more than sufficient. Parking per night is 20 Euro. If you want a massage you need to book early.

I was a guest of the spa only and didn’t stay the night. The treatment menu looks great, I’ve tried lymphatic drainage bath which was amazing. However, the overall experience would be rated at 3.5 due to inconvenient location of all the facilities and my poor experience as a guest. Spa reception is located on floor 3, and in order to pay for the visit, you need to come back to the main reception. Sauna and swimming pool are located in two different areas, and you need to walk undressed from one to another. The showers don’t have hooks and hangers, and no shower gel/soap as well. Good or drinks are not allowed, and there’s no bar at the spa

Amazing stay, everything was perfect. The whole staff was very kind (special thanks to Tomáš from reception!) and helpful, the room was gorgeous and the cleaning was excellent. The pool is lovely and adequate, and the wellness treatments were very good, well-priced and the staff there was also very kind, even though our Czech is poor and they struggled a little with English. Breakfast was very good, and I would have loved to visit the restaurant but it was closed at the moment. Will come back!!!

The room was good. I actually left a valuable and realised after reaching home. The staff/ manager made sure that I received my stuff hassle free. I am really very thankful to them for this.

Super nice hotel, great location and excellent service. They were really cordial even before we arrive until we went away. We stayed in the Double Deluxe, it was clean and spacious. Also the view to the river was pretty. The pool is big enough to swim comfortably. Sauna was fine. Breakfast was not great, but it was very decent.. I'd change the juice for sure.They have parking but it's paid, 20€.

The hotel worths the price you pay for. It’s generally clean. The breakfast was delightful. You get free access to the wellness centre, which was a huge plus for us. For an extra price, you may also receive a professional Thai massage. But, the hotel generally can use a touch of renovations. 4/5 because there are bits and pieces that are missing which can also be fixed easily. The staff were friendly and can speak multiple languages.
