I didn't know what to expect before to visit this place but i am pleasantly surprised to see these pieces of stone statues, typical from the great era of Bohemia, with overall original statues from Charles Bridges, that were took away after the 1848 shooting. You can visit this place fastly and enjoy it a lot if you love History !

An unexpected gem. This building houses (or it did when I stumbled upon it in 2005, whilst the Veletrzni palac art gallery up the road was shut at lunch time - the art and the building itself of that place being well worth waiting to open) numerous architectural treasures salvaged from around Prague ... from Roman gravestones to monumental Renaissance fountains. Enough to fill at least 4 large rooms, I recall. Put it on your list.

It was closed. On google it says open but the doors were locked and next to it says closed from December to April. Very disappointed. The Uber cost a lot to get there too.

Collection of famous original Czach statues and sculptures stored in a beautiful building. Nice and quiet place that has been refurbished recently.

Pretty amazing sculptures, statues, and architecture from the 11th century to the present. Largely represented are statues of saints, ancestors of Bohemian royalty, and a few statesmen. The museum is a rather modest building but the pieces inside are awe inspiring. Don’t forget your camera. Allow yourself at least 2-3 hours here.
