WORST ONLINE SHOP EXPERIENCE EVER.I bought an article on their Amazon shop. First they sent me the wrong article. Ok, everyone makes mistakes. I send it back and ask for reimbursement. They send the product BACK and ask that I pay 18 Euros for the post costs. I refuse. Then comes a ping-pong with this dagmar, responsible for reimbursement, who finds a new excuse everytime I write to proceed to reimbursement. One time he asks me if I took a picture of the article: I say that this is nowhere written in the send-back conditions"
