Some of the products are not exactly those found in other Hornbach DIY stores. An example: I found the fancy" light bulbs (Philips) I was looking for in the Velká Chuchle store and not in Řepy."

Do you look for something? Here it is! And also something you don't look for...like Ikea concept, you come for a lamp, you leave with a bed, a table , 6 chairs, a sofa (sold, must be take ! )and forgot the lamp . No problem I will come back....

Very expensive light bulb did not light after a short time. Otherwise, the Philipps brand is very reliable. With the warranty, the complaints department made difficulties. Discussed around for a long time. Poor service. Did get refund, but was not a nice experience.

Waited 50 minutes to pick up an eshop order consisting of 6 items. This is despite the order being placed several days in advance and turning up during the agreed half hour time slot. The guy who served me spent 15 minutes looking for the order, then came to tell me it wasn't ready. I then had to wait over half an hour for him to go and find 6 items. I could have done it faster myself! He was apologetic, but the situation was ridiculous. Obi can manage to prepare an order within 24 hours and have it ready when you arrive. I'm surprised a shop this size can't manage it.

Good required with all the gardening and construction tools and materials you can imagine. As a bonus there is a branch of Kabát bakery.

kinda ok if u are on your own and you know what u want, just search it by yourself... dont expect any help, most workers are there just to be seen to get salary.
