Camping Hana

This Place is quiet, nice and clean. The surrounding nature is beautifulThe owners are superb and very helpful. It was a good place to stay. Highly recommended by 3 happy Norwegians

Picked at random when driving from North West Hungary to Prague, Czech Republic.It was easy to find and not far from the nearest small town. One little think to be aware of in the town, I needed to withdraw some cash from an ATM - I used the bank and the charges exceeded £5!The entrance is tucked away down a little side road and thanks to a lack of visibility (RHD car) I used the car park opposite to circle round an give me a straighter run.The staff were great. Very helpful. I speak only English and German but the staff spoke German and a little English.We only stayed for one night and used all of own facilities. We didn't even bother with EHU.The only criticism we had was the location of the fresh water tap. Behind the office and had to navigate around several permanent units.

We made a stop here on our way to Budapest and were looking for a small campsite and ended up at Camping Hana. It is tranquil, and the staff is friendly and happy to help.We were surprised that the owners were multilingual (German, Dutch and Czech), which was nice. Also, our Dutch compatriots had the same thoughts, and we mainly met Dutch people on the terrain.It is clean compared to other campsites in Czech, which we visited along the way. The showers work with coins you can get at the reception but it shuts off too quickly. Launderette on-site work with coins, and the washing machines are new and the dryer too, which is super!It's nice that you can park your car next to your tent, and designated sites are marked with white posts and signs.It is worth repeating.

Nice camping. The hostess is very helpful. There are two lesser points, namely (1) busy place in combination campsites close to each other, (2) very high pricing of the showers. The shower coins cost CZK 20 (€ 0,8) for less than 3 minutes of showering.

The service was bad. The owner was very unorganised and chaotic. They didn’t even inform us that we need coins for the showers so we couldn’t use them. It wasn’t clean at all, there was a lot of bugs in the toilets and showers. The buildings are very outdated. The price is a bit expensive for what you get. And you have to pay extra for a lot of things (like showers, electricity etc) that are usually included in the price in other caps. There is no place to put out the grey water and they send you to gas stations. I don’t recommend at all.

Very nice camping. We've been twice there now and will surely go back when ever we have things to do in Brno. Make sure to use the boat-bus to Brno. So relaxing and nice when it's sunny.

Lovely quiet site and great staff Hana is a lovely lady as is jan (her helper) and they are very helpful. Showers coin operated but cud do with being longer but better if you use the on/off button when soaping. Also facilities are super clean. Good new washing machines aswell. Great little village 15 mins walk away for restaurants bars and shop plus a lovely boat ride into Brno if you wanted to go into the city takes about an hour. Our third time here and will definatly stay again

Very bad!!! Expensive and without comfort - we pay 41 euro for nothing. We arrive late and the lady didn't tell as that the shower is with coins and we /7 people/ didn't take a shower. There no trash bin. There are no place to put out the gray water. The toilet and bath are very dirty. I don't recommend this place at all.

Great relaxed campsite, very friendly and helpful owner(s). Don’t forget to bring cash, you can’t pay with cards. There’s an atm in the nearby town but it sometimes is broken (or runs out of cash more likely). The sanitary is dated but well maintained and clean. You can take the boat near the campsite towards Brno. Not the fastest way to get there but definitely a nice way to travel. To visit the beaches on the lake nearby the car is a better option, free parking and only 10-15 minute drive but you can also swim in the river next to the campsite.
