I asked the seller when I bought my computer if I could return it to get refund if I wasn't statisfied with it, he told me yes within 30 days. I went back to return it and he didn't want to take it back the only option was to resell them for 3000czk lower.... robbers!

So my 80k laptop fell and broke the screen. Authorized service asked for 40k to repair it. So I came to Ruzovka, they suggested me to buy it from eBay for 9k and they will replace it. And exactly that happened. They managed to replace it very fast and also arranged for me a service person to replace broken Ctrl button within warranty. I'm really happy with their service :)

I had written a 1 star review last year, because Ruzovka absolutely deserved it. After multiple interventions from the owner, literally begging me to delete my review, I eventually did. Thought to myself don´t hold a grudge, forgive, life is short etc. Boy was I wrong for ever believing that Ruzovka deserves anything but 1 star and even less than that! They are currently selling the PS5 for 27000 CZK, imagine the audacity of an official shop publicly scalping!!!! An absolute garbage shop, stay away from these low lifers! Every CZK spent at Ruzovka means that you are supporting these disgusting scalpers
