No one working at KB seems to know how their systems or anything works really.The bank recently cancelled all my cards and terminated my account.They did not inform me in advance nor did they have any explanation for why this happened.My cards just stopped working out of the blue and when I went to the bank to ask about it they made me wait half an hour to speak to someone & all they had to say was Your account has been terminated and your funds are frozen"Addendum :I did ensure that every document of mine was up to date and on time.I made at least 4 visits in the course of a month to KB to try and sort out whatever issue they had with all my valid documents in hand and they scanned them all multiple times for their system and promised me my cards would start working again.I went to KB again when my cards stopped working about a week laterThey informed me that although my documents were updated my cards were cancelled and they had no explanation for that and suggested i should order new cards. So they scanned all my documents again for their 'system'About 3 days later I couldn't access my online banking

I have only a positive experience here.

The worst bank ever, don’t choose this bank, they will try their best to charge you a lot extra money with excuse.
