It is ok. I get it is feature so sometimes car would not be cleaned 100%. But why the drying is done so poorly. I always had to dry some spots. For me it should be done 60% more time.

Best place to use especially if you have a new(ish) car. No scratching the paint and surprisingly no long cues.

Went there yesterday. I chose Program 4, which is supposed to be the best cleaning and treatment option among the others. It cost 370 CZK. I'm very disappointed with the cleaning. My car still had spots on the hood, water drops, and a lot of insects in the front. That was my first and last time there. Maybe if your car is already cleaned and without any insects, it would be better.
