Hotel Venus

Beautiful view we had in our room. Very rich breakfest and the spa was awesome. Its small, but the hotel doesnt accomodate so many people so you can still enjoy it separately. The location is good too, and for the money is worth it for sure.

I celebrated my Birthday and they did not disappoint. I took the Romantic Package aswell, they gave a letter and gifts (Cake & Champagne) and made my stay really unforgetable. Staff are very nice and polite. Highly recommended.

Conclusion: a 3-star hotel for elderly people. Value for money, but next time will try elsewhere.Cons: Horrible check-in experience, inefficient and soviet style big time, the blond receptionist with a bossy character ruined everything, having the whole queue to wait - it took us 2 hours to check in, and we where the 5th in the queue. Bathroom area is smelly, need to keep the door shut. Pool, sauna, bar, tiny gym are all closed before 8pm. Food taste is acceptable, coffee drink (not real coffee) is not. Pickles feel having too much sugar in the marinade.Pros: Spa procedures are within the same building - very convenient. The pool is very small though. Warm room, needed to open a window for fresh air.UPD: for the objectiveness - sauna and pool area is open for longer indeed.

Very strange reception who have no sense of customer service.Double bed which was actually 2 separate beds very uncomfortable.No possibility to turn down the heating.Found several hairs in my foodGood location.

nice clean hotel with brilliant location in the centre.all personnel very friendly and helpful, especially the czech onesquite spacious rooms, but unusually narrow bedsnice swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna, all free for hotel's guestsbe aware, that they have like 3 parking spots though

Such friendly staff, nice rooms. We have the Romantic Weekend booked here, the staff made it unforgettable, including roses on the bed, champagne in the room. Amazing! Thank you so much

Very good experience. The hotel has a pool and sauna at the guests' disposal, the rooms are well equipped and cleaned every day. The wellness offer is there, you can choose to buy it extra or not, up to you. The localisation is perfect, right nearby the center, you can access everything on foot, which is a huge plus.Another one was really good breakfasts and kind professional stuff.There is a welcome drink for every arriving guest which is a nice gesture.All in all, I find the place to be a good quality vs price relationship.
