I wash cars at least two times a week and know this wash for almost two years. It was very good before the new owners came a few months ago and just stopped caring. So be ready with the problems I face very often:- lot's of broken things, stickers falling off and so on;- the drainage doesn't work and the whole place gets flooded;- it takes money and doesn't work;- it can turn off any second and you won't be able to wash off the chemicals (luckily there is another carwash close);- the change machine is a horror, takes notes and gives you no change and you can't reach their phone to discuss the issue;- the wheel cleaner is not available 90% of the time, vacuum is not available often and it won't accept cards time to time;- the chemicals are very weak and the dirt won't come off without using the brush, which damages the paint and covers the car in tiny scratches.The positive sides are:- good water pressure;- 6 ports + 4 ports for vacuum;- ability to use card starting from 25 czk, which is more than enough for one of the washing steps.If the owner reads it - please, take care of your business better, service it and pay attention to details.
