Buses never go as they should, every day I come to bus stop 5min before bus. Still waits 15mins, on strizkov prague 9. That’s crazy, not even talking about how rude they are. Little boy or old woman stand in front of doors while traffic is stuck. And the bus basically stand in place for 3min and won’t open doors for anyone, just crazy.

2 in 1... we bought tickets, and we had to pay also 2000 CZK violation fee :) the controllers not understood us, just saying that they will call the police if we dont pay.. we had valid tickets! Stealing money from tourists.. what a shame!

Bus controllers are very rude. In my first day, by mistake I bought discounted ticket.(I thought it was one way) They gave me penalty.I was a tourist and I tried to tell it is my first days and I bought wrong ticket. they wanted to call police , behave really bad, behaved me like a terrorist, shouted at me. When i wanted to pay they did not have terminal. I went to Atm and took money. I paid 800. As a tourist people come to relax but I really felt depressed . I cancelled all my plans , even did not have a dinner in restaurant, did not buy any gift even magnet, just bought a water and left the Prague and country at the same night. Good for tourism boys.Btw. some people may be very revengeful , may damage seats in bus and bus stations. You took 800 But than it cost 8000 to you.

Hello, I am writing to you about an event that happened on August 17, 2022.It was my first day in Prague, so I took the tram to get to the castle. Look outside the stop to see if there was a machine to buy tickets but there was none, which I thought there was a machine inside. Inside there is no place to buy the ticket. (After writing this I already checked and if I saw where the machine was to buy a ticket inside the tram.After a few stops a conductor comes up to ask me for the ticket, and I couldn't show him anything, because I didn't have the opportunity to buy it, so I explained that to the ticket inspector and told him that if he could sell me a ticket, I would who directly and with very bad manners on his part fined me.I make this complaint to be able to ask for a solution, because my intention was to have a ticket. I hope you can give me an answer and solution to respect and be able to pay the fine.

Pražskou dopravu využívám často, jelikož jsem student a s časovými intervaly jsem velmi nespokojen...Dále si na mě tlustá zamindrákovaná řidička v tramvaji otevírala pusu, když jsem byl jako normální člověk u tyče, bez toho aby to bránilo pohledu do zpětných zrcátek. Ona za to na mě řvala, tak jsem ji seřval neskutečným způsobem.

We bought cheaper tickets for students" because everywhere in the Europe it works like that. That was mistake. One gentleman indicated us the message IN CZECH that cheaper ticket is only for kids and asked us to pay 800CZK for that. We didn't know that and WE HAD TICKETS. It was not deliberately! Information about that was hidden on the window with the smallest letters. It should be mentioned in the ticket machine. We also don't know Czech. Terrible."

I activated the ticked on the entrance to metro. At the bottom of escalator I met the PID employees and it was 50 seconds before the activation finish. They gave me a fine like I was without a ticket at all. I was pretty sure that activation in the application near the entrance is a good approach because I enter the train with fully valid ticket. So, thanks for banishing people with tickets and I hope my money will help to let human ticket collectors go.

On 23/08 at 21:06 the driver of the bus 333 refused to allow me to enter the bus even though I had the Lítačka app and showing 2 months remaining. If the QR code reader is not working properly, driver should be instructed to at least be polite and have an alternative way to check the ticket.
