Great surgeon and also the care. I like the result after the facelift. My face looks a few years younger and the recovery was pretty good.I would definitely visit the Forme clinic again.

Having visited the Forme clinic and Dr. Vasek, I liked the clinic itself and the experience of the doctor. At the consultation before blepharoplasty, Dr. Vasek told and showed how everything would be and what kind of incisions he would make invisible in the fold. After the operation, I was unpleasantly surprised by the huge size of the stitches down the eye. Three months later, the scars have not gone anywhere. The doctor said that he would do a resurfacing of my scars so that I would sign up for the procedure in March. When I wrote a letter about the appointment for grinding, the doctor said that everything should pass in a year and refused to correct his work.

In January I underwent liposuction with the Bodyjet device(thighs, abdomen and hips). Dr Baran was incredibly kind and professional from the start. When I arrived on the day of the procedure I was not scared at all. Everyone at the Forme clinic was very friendly. For me, a huge advantage was the possibility of analgosedation instead of general anesthesia, which I was afraid of, the effect was the same - I don't remember the procedure and the pain after it and in the following days I would compare to a stronger muscle pain after the gym. I only took painkillers for 2-3 days, because after that I didn't need them at all. I had bruising for 3 weeks, most of the swelling went away within 1-2 months. The surgery was worth it. The result is amazing.

My experience with the Forme clinic was amazing. I had abdominal surgery with Dr Dychus and I love the result. I couldn't have asked for more. the clinic is modern, the staff is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. The care before and after the surgery was Tip top. They constantly check on you to see if you need anything. The food was very nicely presented and tasty. Just like in the hotel:-)

Forme Clinic was recommended to me by a friend (who had undergone eyelid surgery) when I was looking for a doctor to operate on my breasts. I didn't hesitate and made an appointment with Dr Lhotsky. He is an amazing surgeon and person as well. Everything was explained to me at the consultation, which was online. All the pre-operative tests were done on the day of the surgery. Everyone was nice and my stay at the Forme clinic was great. The pre-op and post-op care was fantastic. The result is very nice and I'm only 3 weeks post op. I can't wait to see the final result.

In March this year I had a breast augmentation by Dr Lhotsky. I was very impressed with the clinic, the fast communication and the fantastic care. The consultation, which I had online, was free of charge. A taxi was waiting for me when I arrived at the Prague airport. Everyone at the clinic was very friendly and helpful. the room was nice and cozy. The surgery went very well and I had no complications after the surgery, so I felt pretty good. I stayed in the hotel for another week before I flew home. I'm very happy with the result.

I had abdominal surgery less than a month ago. Dr Berkes operated on me. I can highly recommend the Forme Clinic. The approach of the doctor, the nurses and the whole team of the clinic was great. They were very helpful and polite. Thank you very much for the nice tummy, I like the result.

I recently had plastic surgery with Dr Lhotsky and I am thrilled with the results! Everything went smoothly from the beginning to the post-operative care, which was exceptional. The surgeon and their team were highly professional and made me feel comfortable the entire time.The breast augmentation surgery was a success and the outcome is better than I expected. I am finally not ashamed and am more confident.The aftercare at the Forme clinic was also fantastic. The surgeon and team provided clear aftercare instructions and were available to answer any questions or concerns I had.Overall, I highly recommend the Forme clinic and also Dr Lhotsky. They are all highly skilled and caring.
