Everyone is calm and patient and also accurate. They give you all the information and care about your concerns even if they seems funny. If you book an appointment online, the minimum time for waiting you will have on the due date.

The staff here are very friendly and kind, especially because I was extra nervous not speaking Czech. The scan itself was fine and the Doctor made me feel comfortable and reassured. Although the wait was a bit long, it was worth it for the quality of the service.

I called speaking Cz and when she said the next available appointment was in May I wanted to explain my urgent problem so I asked if she spoke English to what she rudely replied no, I don’t need to speak English when we’re in Cz and we speak cz. I was just asking and if she said no I’d continue with my broken cz but this attitude is so unhelpful when you’re in pain and just want to get helped. I went to motol and by god’s surprise the nurse even spoke to me in Spanish the whole time just by recognising my Spanish last name!

Takhle nejak by to mohlo vypadat vsude! Za dobrou peci si rada priplatim a tady cena odpovida sluzbam. Doba objednani delsi (nastesti se podarilo najit termin drive nez za dva mesice), recepce a vysetreni v poradku, ciste prostredi ale ne prehnane sterilni a nemocnicni. Bohuzel jsem musela prijet autem, takze parkovani je jak ruska ruleta - bud to vyjde nebo ne :-)

Nadřazenost a povýšenost vyšetřující lékařky na sonu. Pocit, že se dostatečně nevěnuje vyšetření, protože mě celou dobu velmi nepříjemné vyslýchá, proč odmítám mamograf. Přitom to zdaleka není pravdivé tvrzení. Na sono mě poslal gynekolog. Takže příště jinam !

It's difficult to find a nurse who speaks english, and they aren't very polite, but they do a good job. Mammography won't hurt and they handle breasts with care.

I don't want to devalue people's experiences about rude receptionist , long waiting time etc, but Mama Center was so diligent and brilliant at their job that they caught my wife's breast cancer super early before it had become invasive. They saved her life, basically. I'd always recommend Mama Center. A big thank you to all of you who work there.

My experience was great with them and I was pleasantly surprised after having read the comments. The receptionist was not speaking English but she was super nice and with my extremely poor Czech we managed to communicate perfectly which I appreciated a lot. The doctor was also awesome and spoke perfect English so I could tell her anything I needed. I can understand that each person's experience depends on who will be there at that moment but in my case I have nothing to share but nice comments and professionalism from their side. :) I would definitely go there again.

Naprosto skandální chování. Byla jsem objednaná jako samoplátce na Sono a odmítli mě vyšetřit, protože k nim nechodím na mamograf. Což ovšem v podmínkách k objednání nebylo. Víceméně mi sdělili, že mě vezmoue, když k nim budu chodit i přes pojišťovnu. Nikdy jsem se s ničím podobným nesetkala, s to už bylo 60!!!
