They supply financing through Essox, Essox said they don't finance people not Czech speaking, despite the fact that ours is a Czech company with several years of life & activity & we have already several car financings running. Never again in this car shop, should it be even the last working in CZ

After reading the reviews I was worried as being a U.K. national attempting to buy a car in Prague.Richard and the team couldn’t have been more helpful and I’ve had no issues with the BWM I purchased, which I drove back to the U.K. 3 days after purchasing it. They also assisted with the registration paperwork and evening exporting the car.Thanks so much!

They are only there to conclude business with you on the spot, unwilling to even look at a vehicle sold by them to purchase back again? At least the staff we meet this time was capable of speaking english not like when the car was soldWould recommend to stay away and find a small dealer whom are honest and trust worthy

Decent selection of cars. Below average customer service. We were sat in the lobby waiting for nearly 20 mins to speak to the members of staff. They knew we were sat there waiting for them but made no attempt to ask how they could help. It took me walking into their office to get some assistance.
