As an English speaker in Czechia I didn't know how something as technically communicative as a haircut would be. My fears were unfounded, honestly this was probably one of the better haircuts I ever got. Inexpensive, and no wait time at all. The person who cut my hair spoke enough English to get the job done and it was done well.

There was one short guy (height around 1.50 - 1.60 cm) who was treating me so rude and mean. He charged me 400 kc only for haircutting nothing more in 10 minutes. Also, his haircut has been terrible with dirty and messy stuffs. I will never go there again. Staffs were generally rude. When I said Dobry Den" they didn't even reply to me."

The one near brno railway station has poor customer service. The guy was really unpleasant and didn't speak English. His hair cutting was really poor.

I’m changing my ratings and comment here. I was here today with my 7 year old kid, a hour back. The staff was very rude, the guy who was cutting hair was insensitive and could have hurt the kido. I had to finish the haircut in 7 minutes, though they charged me complete fees 260 CZK.Please avoid, specially for kids, it could harm them. Will not visit again.

I was for a good hairdresser while in Brno and this came up as the popular one. The lady who cut my hair was good. Luckily there was a customer who speaks English so he was calling the next customer out.

For past 6-7 haircuts i just visit these salons in center. The staff i dealt with is professional and polite. As a bonus at 5 haircuts u get 1 for free

Although I can't say they have no drawbacks, but they offer most convenient way - come and get, without long queues. And they are equipped very well and smart. I like the way to store your belongings - every workplace has own locker, and you can see it during the whole process. And there is more such small things which makes you pleasantly surprised.
