Ordered rice with bites and received rice with crispy strips for no apparent reason. Don't be lazy KFC and don't lie to customers!

At the time of my visit, toilets were not working. Waiting time was ok according to the volume of the order. What surprised me was they charge 5 CZK for paper bag, which I think they can afford for the already included prices for food, and as the order was bigger than usual I would expect it to be included without charge. Place was ok clean, TV played football world cup.

That KFC restaurant is located in the beautiful shopping mall surrounded by many other restaurants, cinema and bowling. That shopping mall Olympia has a very big car parking and parking is free of cost throughout the day.

Cheap, Fresh food, clean establishment, well organised ticketing and order tracking system!! Self-service menus also available in English. Overall one of the best KFC's I have had in Europe

Highly convenient location, order takers speak sufficiently good English for fast food conditions, but the little young lady taking order was as rude as hell to my female colleague. Not good service. And if a customer orders fries/frytki then ketchup should be offered free instead of for what? a few Czech crowns 20 seconds after we charged the card for a CZK750 dinner and consummated the transaction. Not a pleasant experience.
