Great food and friendly staff. They were able to make a gluten free bowl, which was fresh, delicious and fast. The staff was helpful in English and explaining the options and how they could modify their meals for us. My 3 year old loved eating all the food off my meal too.

The wait was a bit long, but the food is really nice. First time really eating ramen so I can’t say if it’s authentic but it was a very good meal. We got the shrimp ramen.You order and after you’ve ordered you get a device that will ring for you to pick up your food.My girlfriend which is local thought it was a bit on the spicy side but also really nice.For local standards it’s on the expensive side.

Deleted my previous review and rewriting it because the owner really misunderstood my point.First of all, as I said, the food tastes good if you order on a “good” day.Secondly, as the poke bowl consists mostly of raw ingredients, charging 300kc for it when you don’t even have to do any cooking, is ridiculous. The problem is the price for what the poke bowl actually is, not the ingredients.

Great ramen, good tasting broth!! Good portion sizes too.

Recently ate sushi poke at this place. I really liked the amount of salmon and the combination of flavors in the dish. The service was fast and friendly, they helped with the selection.Hope to see more establishments of this chain in the future.

The nearby restaurants simply cannot match the quality of the food or the customer experience that Bowlers provides. The staff is always courteous and helpful, going above and beyond to offer recommendations when needed. The presentation of the food is also noteworthy, making it perfect for those who like to share their meals on social media.One unique aspect of Bowlers is their loyalty program, where customers can receive a stamp for every 9 bowls or ramen they consume, and receive the 10th one free of charge. They also have a separate loyalty card for coffee, where 50% of the markup is donated to Ukraine.Bowlers has multiple locations, including Nove Butovice, Stromovka, and soon in Karlin. Despite their growth and popularity, the quality of their food and customer service has remained consistent. Do note that if you order through food delivery platforms like Wolt or Dame Jidlo, you won't be able to receive a stamp.Overall, Bowlers is a must-visit for anyone who loves great food and exceptional customer service.
