We only had a beer but I definitely want to come back here again. Perfect location, as it’s built above a stream. The building has glass walls, so you can enjoy the view and somehow it gives so much to the experience. Lovely interior design and attentive staff, looks like they got everything right.

Make reservations this is a very popular and for good reason. Excellent food but the location is everything. Get a spot overlooking the river and enjoy people watching too. Great service!

Romantic cozy place placed above river. Definitely interesting place to visit. Romantic lights, a lot of plants that create cozy atmosphere. The restaurant was completely full on Friday evening in winter and I can imagine for it being even more full in summer.The menu is interesting, or at least if was for me. I recommend you to try halloumi cheese with Coleslaw salad. The meal was great and the portion was big for me. I asked the waitress to exchange the bread with some salad for me. It was possible to thump up for that!

Great location on the river, unique and cosy atmosphere - we enjoyed each detail surrounded us. Very tasty meals. We were trying out seasonal menu (zucchini meals). And what is also important - friendly and professional staff. I would advice reserve a table on peak timings.

A stylish place - well done. Unfortunately the taste is less fancy, even tho it's served like art on the plate. The food was tastless and needs a big punch in flavor. We waited for a salad and a burger (in a mostly empty restaurant) more than 40 min. I think the concept is cool - but just needs some good rounds of polish.

I adore such interiors where every table and chair is different. Great vibe, nice staff and lovely food .. they are also vegetarian friendly and we could take our little dog with us. Also normal" prices i would say."

Honestly, this restaurant deserves a Michelin star. I live in Prague, but every time I come visit my family in České Budějovice, a dinner at Paluba is a must. The combination of its unique location (it is suspended above the old mill water channel), stunning interior, professional and friendly staff, world-class food, and superb wine, makes it easily the best restaurant in the country. There is no match for it even in Prague. The menu is well balanced, and yet the dishes often offer creative combinations of flavors that you would never imagine would go together so exquisitely well.

Such good food! Was very impressed with the food here! The Ossobucco and saffron risotto was perfectly cooked and the large beet salad had super fresh ingredients with inventive flavour and a lovely portion of feta.- get one for your table to share. Very glad we stopped here on our road trip through the region!
