Terrible service. Not willing to compromise on “official policies” to ensure customer satisfaction. If you want non-functioning electronics, you’ve come to the right place.

As in every Darart I went so far, I am disappointed to see very few laptops and mice on the exhibition to choose from. In this one for example, there were only about 14 laptops you cold see for yourself.

Wanted to buy a Smart-TV at DATART in Cerny Most 23 of August. Waiting 15 minutes at the TV department. No staff there!!! Back to the cash desk and asking for a salesman. This person, as it turned out, was absolutely incompetent. The Smart-TV I wanted to buy was allegedly the last one and a delivery on next day allegedly not possible. But on the website of DATART was standing it is deliverable next day. Then, what surprise, a delivery would be possible next day, when you order the set-up for some more money. But I didn't need this service, because I know how to set-up a Smart-TV. Finally left the shop absolutely disappointed. The salesman looked completely boring behind me not worth the title to be a salesman for TVs at DATART.
