I came here to have something to eat before going from Florenc (Prague) to Cheb, at the border with Germany, it was the first time I came to a Burger King. In order not to feel bad, I didn't order too much, I simply had a medium-size packet of fried chips and a Mojito, which was not the hardest and the tastiest one I tried (probably, they don't want the customers to get drunk). There were some empty small tables in front of the fast food only for the customers, I decided to sit there and eat while waiting for my Flixbus. I didn't have to wait too much for my order. Five stars, even if I could have tried more stuff (ex. a burger).

absolutely disgusting plant-based whopper, stale and dry fries, a small packet of heinz ketchup instead of normal sauce and a lemonade that's at least 95% sugarnever eat at this particular Burger King even if you're starving, i feel like i'm going to throw upUPDATE: i felt nauseous and had an upset stomach for several hours after eating, stay out of this dump for your own good

Managed to try the Burger King plant based nuggets and burger. Both are delicious and a good try, especially this is good for vegetarian. Hope similar plant based stuffs Burger King will bring in to M’sia soon.

Its okey if you have bus and eat it here free refills but i asked for large menu and fries was kids size (but burger was good) fries were cold (actually testing this while i am eating because of size of fries (when i asked for large meal) they don’t deserve any more then 1 stars (burger was solid 4)

Unfortunately, the staff spoke only poor English. The food was very bad and very overpriced. Unfortunately I also got the wrong burger.

Have been to burger king in many countries but never have I ever experienced this kind of racist’s behaviour in my entire lifeThe shift assistant manager Mr.Alei was very rude to meWhile giving the order for each item he spoke rudely not only by words but even his facial expressionsI wanted to order more but the way I was treated I was scared. For payment when I was taking out my cash he spoke rudely again “I don’t understand why are u giving me this amount “He could have spoken it in soft tone or made me understand this much amount is required (burger king is in the bus terminal so I hope u know there are international travellers too)Again when the lady was calling out order number I was checking it on my payment receipt (I was given only payment receipt not the order number receipt) he called me and took my receipt and said this is how u check the number, He realised he had missed the order number receipt and he threw my receipt in the dustbin without even asking me.I was literally in shock to process what had happened and I criedAfter having my meal, I went back to the assistant manager and said how he made me feel and asked for my receipt, he did apologised after knowing how he made me feelI am sharing thisbecause I don’t want any other person to face what I had experienced(To the owner, please go through the recording of cctv you will understand it better)

I was able to hear him and i had earphones with no music ,There were no announcements and no noise going in the backgroundMy mom was seating far away she heard the managers voice2. You did not clarify why my receipt was taken from me at the first place and thrown in the dustbin?3. After eating my meal I went back to the manager asking for my receipt which was thrown and I mentioned to him that his behaviour was rudeAnd Then he apologised..He said his voice is loudBut I observed he was soft with other customers
