Wonderful experience. These guys were professional, quick, polite, and made our moving a breeze - even moved our piano through a very narrow stairway and passage.I can fully recommend their services. Even the price was lower than expected - and very fair, especially for Prague area.

We moved with the team yesterday and it was a success. We moved two flats into one and there were a lot of large furnitures (fridge, washing machine, couch, etc) and fragile stuff. Stehovani Vrana disassembled and protected our stuff for moving very carefully. The team were very pleasant to be working with, even at the end of 9-10 hours of work. When we have issue with the furniture they helped us to fix the issue. I would work with them again :)

Unfortunately we had a bad experience with the company. First of all, we’ve asked for 2 person stuff, but 3 people came (meaning that it was 30% more expensive for us at the end). When we we’re agreeing on the service we’ve said that elevator can only be used for boxes, not a furniture, however the stuff ignored our messages.—Our house had a strict rule of not using an elevator because it’s old. So we’ve asked the stuff to NOT use an elevator for furniture at least 5 times (2 different people). The guys agreed and kept using the elevator risking to break it. We explained again that for using the elevator for furniture we as the residents will have to pay a 50 000 CZK fine, but they kept using the elevator. So we started arguing that if they’ll be using elevator they can stop and leave right now as it’s not worth it and we’d rather bring our stuff on our own. They seriously opposed our request. We ended up needing to control every single round.It was absolutely not worth it and next time we’ll move ourselves. Seriously don’t recommend this company.—UPD after the answer:Unfortunately it’s not exactly what happened. We’ve said in the beginning that small boxes are not the problem and can be put in the elevator.The issue was when the guys kept using elevator for absolutely everything (Heavy chairs and furniture). That’s where the argument started. We agreed that if it will be longer and more expensive we don’t mind. However the main contact person seem to be irritated and was replying with strong attitude. They ignored our ask to know use elevator for furniture, hence we had to stay at the elevator to not let them in. I’ll have to stay on the opinion that it’s not very collaborative and positive experience.

Beyond satisfied, extremely quick, nothing was scratched and the movers were very curteous. Will definitely use them in the future

Very professional and hard-working. They were punctual, and there was excellent communication throughout the whole process. Everything arrived at our new place in perfect condition. The team could even dispose of a broken washing machine, oven, and other broken junk left in the apartment by the previous tenants. Extremely positive experience, I highly recommend them!

I 100% recommend this moving company!Another company cancelled on us last minute and they really saved us from staying with boxes on the street.The process was very fast and professional, the movers were kind. For all future movings i will be choosing this company for sure.
