Nice museum, but it should have some air conditioning. It was hot inside.

Nice to see history of glass/bijou production. Some of the exhibited stuff brought memories of our childhoods. Overall it was nice to see it, still we expected kind of more. Managed to buy earings there. The staff was nice and you can pay by card.

If you like jewellery and glass this is the place for you. Not really my thing but even i was wowed.On the lower ground floor there is a beautiful collection of Christmas baubles.

This museum is so unique. It is very easy to navigate and not crowded when we went. English text for those who don’t speak the language. There is an elevator for those who can’t climb stairs. Lots of great pieces for sale on ground floor. Staff is very nice.

The Glass and Jewelry Museum beautifully documents the history of glass, jewelry, Christmas ornaments, and coins in the Jablonec nad Nisou area, from more than one millennium to the present times. The historic glass exhibit is exceptionally impressive. The Museum visit is suitable for individuals of all ages, families with older children, school pupils, art and design students, artists, and other professionals. Jablonec also features many glass and bead stores with a great sortiment of merchandise. International shipping is available. The best one day trip is by a personal car or private bus because public transportation is limited. Everything seems to close down by 1700. However, the trip is well worth it and financially affordable. It is recommended that you briefly familiarize yourself with the history of glass making in Jablonec before your trip and expand your knowledge during the trip. Do take your camera. You may wish to plan and contact the places you wish to tour ahead if you are a larger group, for example a school class, to assure that you are accommodated in the best and most suitable manner according to your needs.

Very interesting museum with some lovely glass pieces

Amazing! Worth a visit. I am from the next town over and had never been but it is totallyl worth it. The english self guided tour was great for my husband, but make sure to bring headphones.
