Bad:- I lost my new diamond and gold necklace in the thermal spa. They were not super helpful, even though i believe they tried. My review could be half star biased due to the loss and bad experience.- Hotel pillows were uncomfortable and of bad quality.- The massage was the worst ever. My husband had 30mins anti-stress massage by a lady, which was super light and bad techniques that he could not feel anything. Maybe the massage therapist was tired by the end of the day. I had infinity massage, which is slightly better, but I would not recommend.- Only two hot thermal spa areas, quite small and could be crowded in weekends.Good:- A lot of very interesting saunas, sauna rituals and large relaxing rooms. The atmosphere was great, very chilled and fun.- The reception of hotel were friendly.- The location was good. Surroundings were peaceful and private.

Very nice wellness and hotel. I really enjoied the stay. Cleanliness in the hotel is superb.But, catering service and event employees used to be better. I think they lack skilled workforce, so they use every possible part-timer around. Students are fine but some of them looked shady a little.Plus, I ate something which was not fresh, because i had mild stomach problems. But overall good

The spa and saunas are amazing, especially in the evening. The staff... Well, it depends on who you run into. The younger and less experiences employees are usually more customer-oriented and easier to deal with.

Definitely the best place to relax in the CR. We have tried other saunas as well and Infinite Maximus is our favorite.Highly recommended ✨

I've been to many spas around the world, and this is one of the top places. Great sauna selection, outdoor pools, frequent ceremonials and amazing staff. We are quite lucky to have this in Brno. The only things I miss are outside gas fires and strictly silent areas. Also the queue at the reception can be better organised when it is busy.

One of the best experiences I've had in my life. I've been to thermal spas in both Germany and Budapest and this was one of the cleanest and most organized. Very relaxing, clean, and safe environment and the price is very fair. I spent more than 6 hours here for a little over 1200 crowns, which included drinks and lunch. Will definitely be back!

Nice hotel and great restaurant! Only thing that's untypical is that you have to pay extra for the spa. But neither the less, the spa is great, clean and offers more saunas than I have ever seen before.

A slice of heaven on earth. What a wonderful place to decompress and relax. Sauna, steam and serene bliss. What’s not to like. One of my highlights of my trip to Czech Republic.
