Rigid structure, one department has no clue about what another does, poor communication. Promised delivery day passed without any message only to be found out that customs clearance has not yet been passed, but who would bother to let you know? They're all busy! Helpline is of little help, inconsistent and has a 'no we can't' attitude. Decided to go pick up my delivery myself to their depo not to wait until Monday (since Thursday) in the outskirts of Prague whose office goes their staff on the phone had no clue about, so had to beg to get my stuff. And they don't accept credit cards when delivering unless you tell them a day before...

Již jsme jako firma zkoušeli všechny zahraniční dopravce na trhu, Fedex je 100% nejhorší z nich. Telefonická podpora je naprosto strašná, 10 telefonátu než se mi podařilo dovolat na člověka, jinak automat, který to pak zavěší. Na emaily mi nikdo nikdy neopověděl a termín dodání se tak 3x posunul. Rozhodně nikdy víc.

Shockingly bad delivery times and arrogant customer service with Mr. Kapr at customs being the absolute worst. In the first instance they sent me a delivery note and then did not bother to notify me when the driver failed to turn up. Second time they misplaced an expensive vintage instrument, blocked my number when I complained over phone, sent me sketchy and contradictory invoices that were better suited for insider purposes and looked nothing like customer invoice. I was told to complain by email since I obviously had bad reception" (never mind I had 4 bars). When I communicated with them via email 3 different people replied. One threatened that "if I don't like it

Went there for collecting parcels. English speaking staff, efficient work without any problem.
