EMC is by far the best dental care in Prague. I used to hate going to the dentist, but here they totally changed my perspective on dental care. The overall experience is same as in the US, but with much lower price. Doctors are super chill and nurses and other staff too.

I think doctors treated it hard and doctors were really friendly. Facilities are of course good. But it is very expensive. And the way they react when they have problems is very disappointing.

Most efficient and polite dental care I've had in Prague.

If I could give more stars I would. The ldy at the reception saved my life today when I had an emergency tooth problem. She went above and beyond to secure a spot for me although they were fully booked. She called me multiple times to inform me about the situation. Her persistency ensured me a last minute spot in the afternoon. The doctor was absolutely incredible. I am so happy! I've already re-registered my whole family to this establishment

Do not visit this place. Dentists are okay but the admin/billing is a joke. I had two periodontist appointments 11 months ago, I was not asked to pay anything or informed of any charges at the time. Then a few weeks ago they started chasing me by informal text for a 905 kc bill, then when I emailed them to take care of it they ignored me. I called and was told that I would receive an invoice and payment instructions, I received nothing for some time and when I emailed again I was told they had problems with a new accounts department. That was 2 weeks ago, now I'll have to go there in person to ask if I can please just pay my bill so they don't start harassing me again for the money even though I have been trying to pay them and they're ignoring me. Do they want the money or not? How has it taken them almost a year to send me a bill for two appointments, where I will add that the dentist only looked in my mouth and did not carry out any treatment. Total joke. I have used this place a few times over the years but they will never see me again once I've paid this 905 kc and got a receipt.

Věřím, že klinika může poskytovat kvalitní služby zvláště pro movitější klientelu. Osobně mám však zcela opačné zkušenosti. Na recepci se nelze dovolat, občas zavolají zpět, e-maily řeší po urgenci v průběhu několika dnů. V důsledku vysoké fluktuace lékařského personálu mi postupně byly “přiděleny“ 4 lékařky a termín zhotovení zubní náhrady se tak stále prodlužoval. Když mi poslední e-mailem sdělila, že volné termíny má až za více než 5 měsíců, rezignoval jsem a našel si zubaře mimo kliniku s podstatně kratšími termíny objednání a vstřicnějším jednáním.

Prostory slušné, ale přístup tohoto zařízení k pacientovi, a to myslím naprosto celkově, na všech úrovních, šel do kytek. Dílčí zmatky, občasná uštěpačnost. Špatná komunikace. Opakovaně. Hlavně se chichotat, dopapat svačinku a pak podojit zákazníka, co to jde.

We recommended EMC to one of our guests who needed an urgent intervention. The guest was not only completely satisfied with the intervention itself (Dr. Ruzicka) but also referred positively about the price and language skills of the doctor..

Had a dental abscess which was driving me crazy, but luckily they answered my call and got me in even though they are (like every dentist in Prague) closed in the weekends.The dentist, Dr. Berg I think it was, was really friendly and did a very quick job that has relieved most of the pain. The place was very nice and modern aswell.

Excellent services! I had all of my wisdom teeth extracted at Erpet Medical Center.Booking appointment for wisdom teeth needs a doctor recommendation and it is fully covered with VZP insurance.The staff speaks English and are very willing to help you. If they don't understand after trying their best, they will direct you to another colleague of theirs who will speak better the English language.
