Is it a shop or multi-storied museum. Amazing shop - if not to buy but then also pls visit. I love visiting them and collected several pieces for person Collection abs gifts. Amazing people at desk and very good packaging. You can pre order and they have shipping facility also.Recommended: classic Thun pieces , Cibulak and German porcelain

Very hospital, they do not speak english but very good russian. You can see and touch everything and make choise easier. They can send it to your home via post.

Even if you won't buy anything I suggest you to visit Porcelain House as a museum. There are plenty of Czech porcelains and crystals both with traditional and modern design. The staff is really helpful and they packed everything properly and securely.

I have been to their store a few times. There are so many beautiful things to see that I spent quite some time there. I purchased online several times; tea cups and dining sets. Each package arrived safely. The packaging was done perfectly and the quality of the items were superb. I am a repeat customer and I will certainly be back for more of these beautiful porcelains.

I have ordered 2 plate sets and a tea set online. The sets have arrived to Israel in 10 days, and they matched the images on the site. 2 plates arrived broken - they have been replaced by the shop immediately, no question asked. The online support is highly responsive and user-friendly. Highly recommended.

Couple of days ago I bought something on the first floor. It was dark, all lights were off, nobody bothered to turn on the lights. Woman behind the counter was not helpful and not very friendly. No advise, not asking if she could help, nothing. Could be working in a shoe store. She put the object I bought without any protective paper in a too small box, as if she couldn't be bothered. I'm so sorry, maybe I should've bought a more expensive object...? Please, don't be rude to customers, treat them with respect, whatever they buy.

We bought a very nice small vase of porcelain and jewelry box. The price is affordable, the designs are beautiful and various color available. Definitely a perfect place to buy gift/souvenirs in prague
