Smile Parking

Booked it for my partner.Everything was going well until the time of pick up. When entering the code received from the online checkout the screen kept showing “no keyes” message and eventually froze so nothing worked.After trying multiple times we managed to find someone from the parking lot who advised to call the hotline which I did. After calling the hotline I was told by the person on the other side of the phone they didn’t speak English and only spoke Czech. I must say this was rather a shock to me since it is supposed to be a helpline for the parking lot located on the main international airport in the country.I asked if there was someone who could speak English that we could talk to only to be told no.We were basically left on our own but luckily the screen unfroze eventually and after trying the code again the lock had finally opened and we were able to get our keyes back.I would certainly not recommend unless you’re native or speak the language as in case of any trouble- you will be left on your own.

I've been a long term customer to Smile Parking for several years now, they provide a fair loyalty program, good services for a reasonable price. What I enjoy the most is the simplicity of driving to the airport at anytime, leaving the car at the designated parking and can manage everything online without having to wait for someone to do any paperwork. There was one incident in the past where the car was not prepared on the date of arrival, but it was quickly resolved despite being a late night flight. If someone travels often and appreciates a good loyalty program, I would recommend Smile Parking.

Do not use SmileParking, they are absolute scammers!Already when dropping the car off there were problems - we have not been sent a code and therefore could not leave the keys as required. At the hotline they did not want to help us and pretended to only speak Czech. As a result the pickup of the car did not work either and we could not get out of the parking with our car. Again, no help from the sevicehotline.We even met a man who did not get back his keys, which he had dropped off in the lockers of Smile Parking. Disaster!

I used this service earlier and was always very satisfied about speed and professionalism. Due to Covid now all is unpersonal"/contactless and in my case many things went wrong and I was really p.... off.But finally we found a fair agreement and let's hope that this was one of these "black" days which sometimes happen. I will give them a chance again

Fast car reception with Valet service. It took less than 2 minutes. Once I return, paperwork was done in the same quick manner and I picked up the car from the same building, no need to go somewhere else. I had included cleaning the car inside and outside which was done excellent! Car was parked indoor so was still clean. Is the best parking service I ever had and for sure I will use it each time I will departure from Prague airport! Recommend!

I m was using a smaile parking company for the first time, so I didn't know that I should leave the car key in the security box. I take the key with me, I had misstake and do not leave the key. And I called the company hot line, and ask them to halp, but they say there is no possible to do..they don't want to help and we don't know how much the parking cost, and so on.Really, they don't want to help anything when I call them..... service is very bad... never using this company anymore....But I solved parking the car with another company.. they kindly help me. Please use another parking area in the airport..

Good service, no problems, sometimes they do not manage to wash my car (even ordered) but very good value for money.

I left my vehicle here this week (it was clean), with 5/8 tank of gas came back from vacation to find it covered in mud inside and out and had 4/8 tank. Someone had taken my vehicle for a joy ride. When i dropped the vehicle off there was no valet and the workers were rude. Upon finding that my vehicle what not in the state in which id left it I went to consulate the lady in the office. All she would do is ask if id come to pick the vehicle up and if i needed the keys. Id asked for a manager and the same conversation continued. Need less to say im out a 1/8 of gas and my vehicle is now dirty. Also had a dash cam set to record how ever it would seem all the videos have been deleted and the camera unplugged. (In reply to your reply) your website states that the pick up is in front of the hotel. My vehicle was parked in your garage. By me. The workers were blatantly rude, from the start.

Please stay safe and chose another parking space at the airport.We thought we booked for Holiday parking Prague but in the end it was smile Parking.They want you to leave your car papers in the car and will drive your car to an external parking space (this information was not really clarified before booking). The people there don’t help you in case of any problems. The guy on the phone said to us leave me alone

What a handy service provided by Smile Parking! This was the first time I have used a parking service at the airport but found the explanations clear and concise and the staff very helpful and pleasant. I was so glad that there were staff on hand both ends of my trip to consult with. I also used the cleaning service which I will also use again; what a treat to return to a clean car! Thank you so much for the excellent service.
