The service is beyond excellent. I was a bit worried as others have told me that Prague people isn't exactly friendly toward tourists, but I was greeted with welcome here. They helped me keep my luggage until my room is ready and helped with everything immediately and was very responsive with emails. I have nothing to complain here.Clean, quick Wi-Fi for around (100Mb/s), perfect for working.The sound isolation isn't the best, but it is acceptable.Renovation is new and air conditioning is very strong.

Very pleasantly surprised at this hotel. A lot of the city hotels are older and have dated interiors. Urban Creme was a nice touch of modern, clean and the facilities were good! They even managed to fulfil our request of 3 single beds for our trip so nobody had to share.The staff are friendly, didn't use the gym though so don't know about that and it's in a great location. If you turn left our the hotel it's the fun but expensive touristy area, if you turn right and cross the road there are some hidden gems of restaurants and cheaper places.

Beautiful and clean rooms, very comfortable bed, but no privacy for the shower. Amazing staff.Close to the city centre but quiet.The breakfast buffet could have been better.

Urban Creme was the best hotel choice to choose where to stay for the value. A helpful hotel worker will spot name Adam, helped with a lot of things to be sorted for the stay. He went the extra mile, to leave us satisfied with our stay. I can strongly recommend staying in a hotel. The TV, Bed, and space in the Delux room were fantastic, clean, and quiet.They decorated our room. Love it.Public connection near the hotel can take you all around Prague, 40min to the airport for cost 3.5euro!Restaurants and markets are around the hotel.We really enjoyed our wedding stay!Will return there if possible asap.

The room was clean at our arrival, and was also cleaned each day (even though we left the do not disturb" on the door handle).The shower could've used a glass door with a darker shade for a little more privacy.Breakfast was pretty good! I would've liked a bit of variety

Modern and clean room with good and silent AC. Nice staff and good breakfast. Relative close to train station (walking distance).

The room is nice, clean, luxurious. There is a large TV and the bed is cosy. The view from the room window is good as well. But this is pretty much where it ends. On the other hand, the room is pretty small for that kind of price and the staff at the reception was pretty unfriendly all the time and rather unwilling to help. It is preposterous that hotel which claims to be a 5 star hotel has no restaurant which is open on Sundays. Let me repeat: yes, the guest who stay at this hotel on Sundays will be offered nothing more than breakfast for the whole day!!! When we asked nicely at the reception if they could recommend us a nice restaurant for family dining and call us a taxi to get there, they just coldly replied that we should go out, take a walk and find a restaurant ourselves. The last hopes to salvage the experience, since the stay was a rather short one, was the breakfast the next day, but as we feared, it failed miserably as well. The selection of food is extremely limited, the plates and cutlery were dirty and the staff was uninterested and cold. If it weren't for the location, this hotel would not have been worth a single dime. We recommend warmly to keep away.

The hotel Doesn’t have anything additional/special for example spa. However, still very nice hotel with very nice rooms and very friendly staff. The price is definitely reasonable and the location is excellent. The checking in is usually after 3pm but I was lucky enough to have it ready by 12pm. I would recommend this place to my friends and family without hesitation!

We booked a deluxe room in this hotel for our citytrip in Prague. We arrived at the hotel and got our room. Once we entered the room, we heard a constant loud noice. This we told to the reception. They appointed us a different room. When we entered the new room, we saw that this room was smaller then the previous room. We communicated this to the reception but they told us they could do nothing for us. We were not compensated for the smaller room. Sad customer service
