One of the best post offices in Prague, most of the windows are open at all times, stuff is friendly and helpful. Just like everywhere you should try to avoid the rush hours, but I've never waited longer than 15 minutes anyway.

Great post office. Minimum waiting time. The staff are very attentive and kind. Special thanks to the wonderful Clara and Zuzana. It was difficult with me, but they managed and smiled. I love this place.

Good local post office for Vinohrady. Check when their busy, visit during other time and you will be in and out in few. There's a post supply shop as well. Credit cards are accepted.

Excepting the fact that they don't do anything else but basic services (even if you paid for home delivery), there is nothing to complain about. Some of the new emplyees also speak English, making the transactions way easier. They're fast, polite, smiling... which is rare in the CZ.Home delivery - you meet the postman leaving notification in the post-box. The postman doesn't have the parcel. You immediately go to the post-office, where they tell you to come after 6, because the parcel is with the postman.Retain the parcels - if you go on vacation, you can ask for this service online. They should keep the received packets for a week more. Except they don't and don't seem to have any idea about this service.

First time using this particular post office, as we've just moved into the area from Jiriho z Podebrad.Went at lunchtime to pick up a letter. Ticket system worked. Waited about 30 seconds. Received prompt and efficient service. No complaints.Considering how bad other post offices are around Prague, praise should be given where it is due.Thank you.

No grumpy female operator. Friendly service and patient to explain and assist with sending of return good. Speaks some English but I felt they were so helpful. Well done

A good way to fight the global pandemic. Close as many post offices as possible and push people to a few. Well done Czech Post, as always. #BestInCovidEdit: after waiting my turn, I must add that the staff was awesome: quick, professional, with a smile and humour. I'm sure they aren't too excited about the increased traffic either.

One of best and friendly staff in czech post around Czech Republic. Senior citizen staffs are also nice and smiling all the time. I don’t speak czech but somehow we communicate with each other well. Amazing
