Comfort Hotel Prague City East

Very new hotel, clean, modern, breakfast was extremely good. Great design, a comfortable bed. Not very far from the city centre, easily accessible by car.The parking lot was full and it was not clear that parking spaces were so limited. As a result, we had to park on the parallel street and pay extra for the parking before midnight. When we brought up the issue with the staff, they were quickly quite defensive and didn't do much to help us out.A refund for the parking fee would be at least a reasonable proposition.The room also lacked amenities compared to the European hotels in the same price range. There were only towels and a stationary shower gel.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was kind, helpful, and friendly, which made our experience even better. Our room was spacious, modern, and comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide range of choices and was delicious. Additionally, the hotel had two chargers in the garage specifically for electric vehicles.

Comfortable and clean rooms and amazing service. A bit away from the center of Prague and any place of interest, so expect to travel with the metro or tram of the city (there is a tram station next to the hotel). During our stay the fire alarm went off due to someone lighting a cigarette in the party room, so don't panic in the event of the alarm sounding in the room, just remember to always follow the advice given to you by the staff members, who were more than friendly and willing to help.

We are a middle aged couple. The hotel has a good location. We had a modern clean and cozy room. The staff is very kind. Very rich and tasty breakfast. Recommended. It exceeds our expestations. (But the seconf elevator should be fixed)

As the name suggests, the hotel gives off very cozy and comfortable vibes. The breakfast at the hotel is a must try with a wide variety of dishes. Its very modern, very chic and great for the price. However a bit far from the city center but there is a tram right in front of the hotel.

We stayed there from 4.th to 5th of June with a group of 5 people. Double-Rooms were spacious for this class of hotel - 3 bed rooms have the same size. On the day of arrival, 4 of us are got heavily sick at quite the same time. The doctor says food poisoning and the hotel is investigating on this as well. Sanitation most not be underestimated in a hotel of that size. 4 days later most of us are still sick.

It's great place to get food poisoning. On June 6th 2023 26 hotel guests got sick and 17 got confirmed poisoning with Salmonella enteriditis by Czech hygiene bureau from hotel breakfast buffet, also 2 hotel employees got poisoned, hotel is being investigated by hygiene bureau and police. If you wanna befriend Salmonella bacteria, this is the place to visit!

Modern hotel with good and helpful reception. Accessible with local transportation. Breakfast buffet is phenomenal, co many options and tasteful. Bed mattress is too soft, you feel like laying on a cloud first but it wasn’t good for my back - two nights was enough.

Very modern and comfortable hotel. Clean rooms, good breakfast. Pleasent staff. Metro station Strašnicka is very close and excellent connection to old part of Prague. All recomendations for this hotel.
