Loved this shop, it brings some freshness in terms of products you can find. The staff was very helpful. They have a wide range of souvenirs from pens and notebooks to t-shirts.

I bought a mug here two weeks ago for 425 Kč. I really loved the design (dog) on it. But for the first time I used it for tee, it started to crack from inside. Since the third cup of tee, it has also formed some cracks outside, and tee was leaked! You can see them from my photos.However, the customer service responded quickly and considerately. She offered me an acceptable solution and understandable explanation to this issue. I think I will come back again.

Incredibly nice to see a genuine Prague gift shop. All the products are well curated, lots of attention to detail in this shop. Even as a local I couldn't help myself and get a cute gift.

The shop itself was nice and the products were ok. But the staff at the counter who worked on 15.09.2022 around 7pm was extremely unfriendly and rude. I would never go there again.
