Kočičí kavárna na Smíchově
I've been here twice on separate occasions. Each time we have waited cca 15 minutes for our drinks. Additionally we have been sadly pushed to leave right after getting to the end of our drinks. The staff seems inexperienced and lacks training.The place is INCREDIBLY SMALL. Considering the fact that there are supposed to be 11 cats, there is no space for the guests nor the cats. The cats had no kibble available and started clawing their water bowls. Since it's a cat cafe, I've assumed the cats are rescues from shelters. Instead all of the cats seemed to be expensive breeds, which is disappointing...Furthermore, the staff was very rude and put our drinks on another table. Initially, I thought there was only one staff member however after 40 minutes another staff member emerged. When I went to pay the staff serving the bar told me to go to her colleague, whom was nowhere to be found. After a few minutes, she came back from the outside and when I asked her to pay she told me to go to the bar. This was incredibly confusing and their attitude was very uncomfortable.The atmosphere was nice however the staff and lack of care for cats disappointed me. I do not recommend this Cafe to anyone.

The cats are just gorgeous. Most of them are super huge and funny, and they have their own minds. So don't be surprised if some of them just come and sit on your lap without even looking at you. The food was kinda disappointing, but I don't care, the cats are enough. Plus the desserts are quite good.

As a person who likes cat, I really enjoyed this café. The service was very friendly, the cats were adorable, and the drinks here are pretty good. I would highly recommend this place.

One of the best cat cafes we have ever been to! The kitties are so unique and adorable, and the whole place is really clean (as someone with allergies, I highly value that). The snacks and drinks are both tasty and reasonably priced, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. I highly recommend this place!

Very nice cafe and away from the crowds. Plenty of cats, very friendly and calm; a few of them are Norwegian forest cats, very furry and bigger than average cats. High-quality coffee, reasonable prices and very courteous attendants.

Great place! Coffee is well made, tasty cakes and the cats are super nice and fluffy. Most of them like to be petted and some are approching to you. We even were given some treats to feed the cats :)Highly recommend the place!

The staff is very nice, can speak Eng, just need to be careful ONLY CASH. Coffee and Tiramisu are good, cats are friendly with customers. Environments and lighting are comfortable. Highly recommanded.
