Very good service, polite and helpful staff, a very new car, but...It's was a new Scoda Kodiak. I the second day warning uppear on dashboard, and car informed that not enough oil". After about 12 hours warning dissapear. Is't car issue or luck of the service? I don't now."

I have been renting cars at the Prague Airport for many years, however , this was my first time with Right Cars". Their representative Dominik was competent and very polite. They offered a brand new car for incredible price. Dominik even sent me a video on how to return car back to the garage and shared a location of the closest gas station

When I rented a car here, the employee would not mark all the damage on his sheet. He said something like, The whole sheet would be covered if I marked everything." Then when I returned the car during their opening hours

SCAMThe rental itself went fine. Problem is I paid 5000czk for deposit and never got the money back even tho I was told the car was fine and I was getting a full refund.Emailed and called them multiple times, first they told me to contact my bank which I did but they had not gotten the refund so I kept emailing them and they stopped answering.SCAM

Good price and brand new car. Very very friendly and helpful staff. Baby car seats available, was about 7 to choose from. Office is located at the airport and cars parked in a multi story car park. I rent cars often and honestly they were great with us. The booking was made via a comparison website but you possibly book direct. We had excess insurance which makes the deal cheaper. Would rent again. Thanks guys.

I'm trying to understand their full insurance.I asked by email what does it cover, and surprisely the manager answered that the theft is not covered, still a liability of 10 % quick huge !!!Manager justify that by the fact that nobody never stole one of their car.They wrote it in an email !!What kind of rental agency works like this ???!!!Don't take any risk choose another company, better be safe then sorry.

Easy Car Rental location to navigate to and find. The service I had received was extremely fast, friendly, and overall everything you would deem high end customer service. After a long flight they understand how exhausted you may be without you having to voice anything the process was one of the fastest car rental procedures I’ve encountered; and I’ve rented a lot of different cars from different companies, they are one of my top companies I’ve rented from.

We had a really good experience renting a car from this company. The car was in new condition and was full to full for gas. The red haired guy was great and provided excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to rent from these guys again. Note, you will have to pay a fee if you are bringing the car into another country. The charge is per day for the entire rental. The fee was reasonable.

Satisfied and highly recommended!The staff is professional, helpful and friendlyThe office is just a step out of the airport exit. After the paperwork, the guy who followed us was very kind to take us personally to the car and explain everything.I’m traveling often in Czech Republic for business trip and leisure and I’m definitely going to use again Right Cars!
