Great personnel, nice place, lot of parking options. There is a lot of things in the showroom also. Don’t go there during peak hours, the place gets crowdy.

Hi the market is ok, but they leave you to wait a lot of time. Even if I was there wensday at 1400 clock and nobody was there I waited for the good 15 or 20 minutes.

Fantastic customer service.I don’t shop here often but the times I do, the staff are always at hand to help, and are very friendly.They mostly all understand English, but it is not really an issue as they all know what they are doing.Be it with assistance with pick ups (using their machines in-store), or ordering an item from the store (they have a laptop or tablet at hand and can do it for you).

With the help op the mobile app, the experience is unlike anything else. No queues, almost no waiting, it even sounds too good to be true.Only thing that might be a little irritating might be the extended warranty upsell. Unless you're buying something very expensive prone to breaking (abides warranty rules), you don't need it.

Was pleasantly surprised by the advanced system of onsite payment. When you come to the store, you need to type in your order no. and pay (if not at the time of the order). Then you receive a ticket with your no. and wait for the system to display that no. to pick up your order. Not many different items in the store though. All of the stuff is best ordered online and pick it up in the store or delivered to your address. Very satisfied with the service.

Czech Amazon, but more cheaper prizes and faster deliveries. Alza box and in-store pickup options also available. Plus, some stuff like new cellphones and laptops can be rented in pay per day basis.

Friendly staff. A little slow getting the orders out but it could just have been a bad day.I like the concept. The location is convenient. I will definitely use it again.

Waiting just a few minutes, quick service, sensible minimal sales pitch (returns/insurance service).Was not crowded at all (summer Sunday I guess).I cant vouch for long term service or business practices, but customer experience was friction-less.
