A completely untrustworthy and unreliable company.Due to incompetent management the company filed for bankruptcy and left thousands upon thousands of customers they literally stole money from, to go through court proceedings to recoup money from flight tickets which were not held valid by CSA. Upon completing their restructuring" the company then payed our 10-15% of the original values owed

My flight was cancelled by the airline on 8/6/2020, since then I haven’t heard from them, refund form submitted, tried to visit the office, called, messaged, no answer! Very upsetting customer support, even low cost airlines proved to be more reliable and capable of doing their job! Wouldn’t recommend this airline even to an enemy...

This airline is a joke! Wanted to visit my family over Christmas and these folks cancelled my return flight and offered a different flight on 25 Dec early afternoon(!). I said ok now that everything else is booked, I don’t have any other option, but can I at least take extra luggage on board? The answer was NO! They are just completely pathetic...

From one of the best airlines CSA has become a joke these days. Worst than a low cost airline. Not at all reliable, they are either running late or changing the aircraft to a smaller, slower one or both. It's like they are surprised of their own scheduled flights and they are not ready.

My experience with this company was the most dissapointing. It's been almost 8 years ago when I had to change the plane in Prague, to fly to Hamburg and the staff told me to leave my hand lugagge in a separate place because the plane was too small and it could not allow that bag in the cabin. When I arrived to Hamburg, many of my goods were already stolen. I made a complaint to the police, they told me that I will receive some compensations, but they never came to me. And I never returned to them.

The Worst customer service of CSA is just legendary. They cancel flights and their call center is doing nothing “no, we don’t have any obligations toward you. I’m not a lawyer, so I don’t know EU regulations”. No rerouting, no money back, no even voucher

Horrible airline. If you book your ticket using a third party, the CSA makes you check-in your carryon. They call it Economy Lite. Only one personal item allowed. Would not fly with Czech Airlines again. This stupid policy delays boarding because many passengers are not aware of it and they have to surrender their carryons during the boarding.

Right after I had made a reservation (4 months in advance) I realized that I chose the wrong date (three days after the day I wanted to fly). Both days had the same price. I immediately wrote an email to the company and asked them if it is possible to change it, but didn't receive any answer so I made a call next day. They told me it is possible to change the date if I pay a service fee of ~15€ (only unti 24hours after reservation)... it was not possible to change it by myself - online.

Huge penalty for changing the mistake in the name.For changing the wrongly entered name, they took a fine in an amount 3200 kč, that is much higher than the cost of the ticket itself (2600kč).
