A very nice place. Athough the chicken is supposed to taste the same in every KFC, we really enjoyed their chicken and a clean location with a friendly personnel.

I recieved something else than I ordered, after crew changed order half of the food was cold. Also dressing for salad and fork were missing, ugly smell of burned oil was all around the restaurant, tones of waste around rhe restaurant. That was first and last time I was there. The worst KFC restaurant i have ever been.

Great service from Franta, who was nice and helpful, with good understanding of english. Food prepared with care even though we waited not more than 3 minutes for 4 sandwiches.

The service is excellent and the staff is the best KFC in Ostrava. Unfortunately, the rest of the KFC restaurants are in decline. Services should be improved

Long waiting for meal, meat without spices. Service was also bad as my order was mixed with another one. Not recommended.
