I think this company is making a name for itself with its approach, and I want to share the good experience which I have with them.I contacted Valli Servis several times only through the social network (Instagram, Facebook) and I got the resolution of my issue online, immediately.Once I stopped by with iPhone, to change the display. It was enough for me to come to their office (they have 2x - in Prague 3 and 9) and they helped me on the spot within 20 minutes. In addition, the owner was very friendly and answered all my questions, gave me recommendations for using the device in the future.I left them with a very good feeling and I would definitely use their service again if needed.Thank you very much, wish you lots of luck!

This is the BEST repair center in Prague. The quality of work is high, the prices are quite low, compares to others. I have been there couple of times and always got my devices repaired. Also they give a guarantee that shows the level of the quality;) I repaired my Mac, Iphone there. In case you are not sure where to go, I highly recommend you to go there;)

These guys are brilliant! The sound system on my laptop got broken. They not only reinstall the system, but also were super helpful during the consultation. The whole procedure took about 2 hours and they returned the laptop to me as new - shiny, working and fully equipped (and with the sound :).Plus, they explained what Windows system will be an optimal solution for my old laptop model, so I will not have any problems.Super charming and polite service guy!5/5

Fantastic repair shop! Fast and professional service. Sent a mail, got contacted immediatley. Went to the shop for a quick inspection and pricing of the repair. Same day they had the parts delivered and could do the repair same day. Phone is like brand new. English speaking staff. Can only recommend.
