Sun Palace Spa & Wellness hotel Mariánské Lázně by Axxos Hotels

We felt cosy here; the fittings were of Bohemian crystal and inspiring! We were given a good offer for the weekend. The lady chef is a wonderful cook. A good tip for winter blues amidst awe-inspiring nature.

Great room. Great position. Nice breakfasts.But no customer service. Room not serviced. No toilet paper. No internet for the 4 days in room 210. Rude receptionist refused to believe us when we complained. No technician called as promised. Chat line never answered. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We had terrible experience with this hotel and its cafe. I came in to the cafe order a coffee to go. Only 1 table was occupied. Non of the staff appear in 5 minutes, so I tried to find any one in lobby. I said hello to the person whom I recognized as a staff. His replay was what do you want". I was bit shocked but anyway

Restaurant has the most unfriendly personal in this town. I couldn't even try their food, because they didn't serve lunch" since they had a group of guest (10 people in an otherwise empty space)....and were rude about it."

Great Location and fantastic interior. However it cannot live up to its 4 star expectations. If you get a good deal there's hardly a better place to stay right in the heart of the spa centre of Marianske Lazne.

Staying at the hotel was a great part of the trip and the whole service was of a very high standard. Special thanks to Michala who recommended a number of great activities and ensured a wonderful experience. And thank you again for your helpfulness with the food and vegan options. We would love to return.

We have spent 4 days (New Year's 2023) at the Sun Palace Hotel; the hotel was excellent in every respect. The rooms are large and comfortable and well-appointed (e.g. quality furniture). The bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel location is prime, right next to the colonnade and the view from our room was marvellous. The personnel were all friendly and helpful (we do not speak Czech, so we used German, French, and English). Our first evening we arrived late and they kept the restaurant open for us. This was typical of the excellent service. Breakfast buffet is copious and good. The Sun Palace was the ideal hotel for a mid-winter vacation.

The hotel is kinda very special and random and ever since I've been there, I really love elderly Russians. So nice and charming. Seriously. But the hotel definitely needs a refurb!!!
