I liked the salon and the service. I got an appointment on the same day. We worked with stylist Dino for haircuts on medium and short hair. I liked the stylist's neat, interested approach, open-mindedness and friendliness. The haircuts were performed beautifully. The salon is beautiful and have very nice assistants, they offer tea and coffee and keep area in order. The only wish from me to the salon is a little more attention to cleanliness of the equipment the stylists work with. It would be just great and super hygienic if the masters worked with individual brushes or new sets of brushes with each clients. It was not very nice to see other people's hair on the brushes they worked with me.Would definitely come back to the salon!

Unfortunately, the worst haircut I've had in years. I trusted the stylist since he did a great job blow-drying my hair previously. But the haircut makes me so sad - it suits neither my face, nor my hair type. Yes, I agreed to the hairstyle he suggested - I asked to show me some pics before we start (and that made him upset or irritated, not sure, he just stopped smiling when I asked for some examples), but the pictures he showed are not even close to what he did with my hair.Layering? Ok. There are two layers now - one major (with cutting off 6 cm of my hair which I try to grow and I mentioned about that). Layer two - something close to bangs but not bangs (which doesn't suit me) or bob? I'm not sure, maybe it's something 'from 90s' as he said, but I feel bad and have to wear my hair all gathered to a ponytail (which also doesn't work since they got shortened). That's called layering?He made my hair so straight (which I cannot replicate at home) that I couldn't understand what's wrong. Waiting for another 6 months to have those 6 cm back and do a new haircut.Lessons learned? 1. Ask for more pictures if you go to a new stylist and want to have a haircut. Ask what is 'something from 90s' if you cannot imagine it precisely :) 2. Don't stay if you are hesitating. It's ok to change your mind and walk away at any moment :) No one gets hurt.

I have only recently become a client of the salon and I cannot be happier. I am a particularly fussy customer when it comes to my hair, so much so that I was considering going back to London to get my hair styled by my original hair stylist.Both times I visited the salon, my stylist Jana has done my hair exactly as I wanted it. As a result, my hair is healthy and perfectly styled. Especially the last time, Jana did my hair so perfectly that I don't even have to style it, it looks great just washed.

HaircutI Never got....what I asked for...May be language barrier but the guy could have confirmed by many other ways.Instead I got a cut on my head.(thank you)My girlfriend.I noticed her sitting in cold inside, and I had to ask the receptionist to get her jacket back from the clock room.After me mentioning all of this....and how unsatisfactory everything was...They still charged 1200Czk for cutting my head.This is unacceptable for a named brand.And later the receptionist gave me a 400 czk massage voucher as a gift....SorryBut no, thank you.Coz won't come again.

As a long term T&G customer i was very disappointed with the service in Prague . The girl at the front desk acted very superior. I booked to see a style director but the person who cut my hair cut my hair like a junior. She straightened my hair without letting me know of the additional cost that i would incur. Mind you i wouldnt be charged extra for hair straightening in Australia or anywhere else. She was also trying to give me a treatment without telling me the price. T&G this place is bringing down your name and reputation.
