Ordered the menu for 179czk that includes a soup, one course and either iced tea or water. Chickpea soup was tasty. For the main course I ordered pesto gnocchi and even though it was good, the portion was rather small, which was surprising since other people I saw having the same thing got a bigger portion (?). Consider ordering the red pesto with tomatoes instead, has a bigger portion. The strawberry iced tea is just fantastic, very very tasty.

Pretty good. One of the only healthy options around the shopping center. They have a cool robot that delivers your food. Fairly fast service. I would have liked a little more dressing on my salad. It was a little dry for my taste.

Quality of the food is definitely below the par. Regarding the portion size, I ordered a grilled avocado with a poached egg. I got half of fried egg and half of fried avocado...jokes. Juices are good, that’s the way to go in this place.

Ugo navštěvuji pravidelně ve Zlíně, kvalitu mají perfektní, což se o návštěvě Ostravy říct nedá, polévky 2 lžíce, wrap působí na pohled velmi utrapene, salat v nem uz par dnu po smrti, hnede listy, malo surovin..chuť nic moc..zkažený oběd, víckrát ne

Do UGA jsem občas chodívala, ale přestala jsem. V posledních jídlech, která jsem si zde dala, byla vždy tvrdá a nepříliš chutná rýže. Při poslední objednávce (maso s grilovanou zeleninou) jsem dostala jen tu tvrdou rýži se zeleninou a omáčkou, úplně bez masa - cca 160 Kč. Věřím, že se člověk v UGU může dobře najíst a v nabídce je spousta zajímavých jídel i pro alergiky či vegetariány, ale chce to mít štěstí. Osobně už zde chodit nebudu.

I hate to give them only 2 stars, but..I've only been twice and it always took more than 10 minutes to get my smoothie (yes, just a smoothie). A friend of mine had some food, too, and said it was rather below average. One of those times they even forgot to make my smoothie and the second time they didn't let us know that they'd been ready and just waited for us to come to the counter to pick them up.. but the smoothies were nice so if you don't mind a long wait, you might like the place
