Hotel Rezidence Emmy

Where to start...It is not 4* hotel!!!We have found this hotel on booking, please reed the comment's on booking before you book anything...So, no there is NO air-conditioning in the rooms, we have been booked the room with a jacuzzi and we didn't get it, they put us on the 7th floor even I told them that we have a small dog and we need to go outside often, room was not so much clean, and the smell OMG it's like in the hospital, the small bottles of shampoo and showering gel were made for babies (so bring that stuff with you)...The second star is for breakfast and parking, that was ok, everything is in order for that...The manager was good enough to refund the rest of the 3 days we supposed to stay there, and we have left the hotel...Not recommend for vacation

The hotel located in a perfect place, not in the city center, but everything easily reachable by public transport. Bus stop was 100 meters from the hotel. Free parking available, if you want it, it’s perfect place at behind of the hotel. Staff was kind and helpful.The elevator worked and you could go through the door with a magnetic key.The room was so big and the bathroom was clean. The bed was huge and comfortable. Our room was on the 7th floor and the view was amazing from the window. Wifi connection was good.The breakfast was not so variated, ham and eggs was good for me, but everyday same, it was fine in the first 2 days, but for the other days it was boring and we choosed other place to eat something else.Coffee was perfect for me like chicory coffee and I liked that very much, it reminds me to my childhood. But my wife said it was horrible, but it depends on your taste, so it’s not a bad thing.The room prices are in average.We recommend this place for pairs, because of perfect place, nice and clean room, free parking, kind staff, average prices.Thanks for it, we will come again next time.

Bathroom was bad, things are broken and taking a shower is not a threat.. . Very nice bed. Okay breakfast.. the building is ugly and the surrounding are is grey. Public transportation is okay so it's easy to get away from your hotel ;) four stars? yeah sure, or 15 or 30 numbers are subjective here

The rooms were big and well maintained. The cleanliness was top.. nothing to complain. The toilets and the shower were all so well cleaned and sanitized.We enjoyed our stay there. Also the breakfast was great..lot of options eggs, bacon, different types of bread, fruits, salads, fruit juice... Etc.It's a little outside from the Prague center. But the public transportation easily takes to there. The bus stop is just 1 min walk from the station and in 40 minutes guy reach the centre of Prague.Very friendly staff.

For some days a good place, it's cheap and clean. The rooms are big enough.It's a little far from the center.

Not a fancy but a very pleasant hotel. If you travel for work, this is a quite place, easy to access and the wood (for walk or run) is just 1min. Free breakfasts were awesome (except ☕ that was horrible)

For a start this is not a 4star hotel, more like 2star. Reception looks nice when you enter but the room we had on the 5th floor was not. There were dirty marks and scuffs all over the walls, carpet looked dirty, large areas of paint had fallen off the walls in the bathroom, shower didn't work, beds were ok though. After going out shopping which is 30 mins in a taxi to get to the centre, we came back to the hotel to the bar being closed, apparently the bar only opens 10am til 2pm daily, not at all in the evening??? Oh and a very rude woman that works on reception. I certainly wouldn't return to this hotel so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Totally nonfunctional WiFi throughout the building. No bar, nothing afternoon... Certainly doesn't deserve to be 4 stars hotel.

The rooms are clean .Only thing to complain is the breakfast hall is small .
