One of the worst experiences of customer support. I asked a friend that she speaks Czech to call and to ask for a service appointment. The guy from the store was rude and yelling why a girl is calling for that when she doesnt understand much of motorcycles. When I called back and I asked them if they speak English they just hung up without any explanations. I called 2nd time and they did exactly the same thing. This was just a disgusting customer un-support " experience."

Pros that are doing the best job around. Your bike will be in safe hands.

Jen ta nejlepší zkušenost. Dával jsem tam roční motorku na záruční opravu, servis perfektní, termín dodržen, přístup super - děkuji hlavně p. Denerovi, a celému týmu.

I am passing through with my Triumph Bonneville from Amsterdam and near Prague there is a weld cracked at exhaust bend of the cylinder connection (at odometer reading 5000 km). I drive to the triumph dealer in Prague where I am very coolly received. No sympathy whatsoever for a triumphal rider passing through with bad luck. Can't even get a cup of coffee. I consult by telephone with the Triomf importer Netherlands in Leusden. Based on a photo, they recommend having the partially cracked connection welded at the dealer in Prague. If I pass this on to the employees in Prague, I suggest they disassemble the exhaust and have it welded elsewhere if they can't do it themselves. they firmly refused this. they stated that they only replace parts.They offered me to order a new exhaust bend (delivery time 14 days) and according to them there is no other option for me than to take a hotel. And on top of it... only when the part has arrived they will the start a repair planning… ? After this Czech KAFKA experience, I did found the company Motomechanik.cz via Google. These people received me understandingly and carried out the repair neatly within a few hours, even offering me a replacement motorcycle. They stated, that of course, they give priority to anyone passing through.As for this triumphal dealer Prague… they apparently see themselves as sellers of hobby material and not as dealers for serious vehicles. (What to do if you stop with your car during a transit in another country with a broken exhaust and your car brand dealer tells you that you have to take a hotel for at least 14 days??? )Later I did call this Triumph dealer Prague again with the question whether they can at least replace the spark plugs (the dealer in the Netherlands left them in place during the last service, but now the engine 'splatters' now and then). For this 'Service' it's my turn no earlier than in 12 days. to replace 2 spark plugs only !!! This eastern European Triumph dealer really doesn't understand what should be expected from a brand dealer. !!

Went there for a performance issue. Got a bill of 9.186 CZK for a diagnostic and a TPS sensor replacement. They never found the real problem which was a critically low level of cooling liquid. Also, they scratched the plastic fairing of my Triumph. Go anywhere else if you don't wanna get scammed!

Super efficient customer service, friendly folks in the store, not to mention best bikes :) Buying a bike took like 10 minutes, excellent choice of accessories and gift options, simply excellent experience!

POZITIVA: Prodejna triumph 5*: ochotní, milí, krásné motorky, můžete si přes ně poslat z Anglie díly na Triumpha, bez poštovného.NEGATIVA: servis 0*. Pan Richard Dener, který servisu nejspíše servisu šéfuje je drzý, vychytralý na zákazníky. Pan všeználek. Nemusíte mít rád servisáka Vašich motorek, hlavně, že je opraví správně a kvalitně. To si ale o panu Denerovi nemyslím. Motorku jsem u nich servisoval nejméně dvakrát. Cena je velmi nadstandartní, ale budiž je to oficiální servis. Jenže ochota pana Denera to mu vůbec neodpovídá. Motorku jsem tam měl jednou na běžný servis přes měsíc a ještě abych se panu Denerovi omlouval já. Kamarád měl problém s pískáním brzdového kotouče u jeho Thunderbirda. Pan Dener z pouhého pohledu rádoby poznal, že oprava bude stát minimálně několik desítek tisíc a ať to napíše na pojišťovnu. Kamarád se mu vysmál odjel a v jiném servisu mu to do tisícovku opravili. Přestože mám Triumpha, tak do tohoto servisu ho už nedám a ostatním ho nedoporučuju, dokud tam bude pracovat pan Dener. Je to škoda, bydlím kousek od servisu a mám v okoli další tři kamárady s Triumphem. Vaše firma přichází o peníze.Jiří Burda
