Keep in mind respectfully visiting the garden is not allowed if you have a dog with you. Bringing even a small dog is on the same level of illegality as bringing a gun or starting a fire at this place. (As told by a staff member who has -gasp- brought their dog... Are they afraid an accidental little dog wee will discolour the grass?!)

Book 6-9 months in advance, It might sound crazy but it's the truth. You can get a ticket see the outside of you're not able to get an inside ticket. The bookshop in the basement has a little exhibition with extra information about the house and it's construction

Very interesting spot to visit in Brno. It is fascinating how modern this mansion has been designed back in this time. The entrance is not cheap and the ticket buying process quite complicated. But I would recommend this spot for tourists.

What a wonderful experience. The living area int the villa is breathtaking. Our guide was very knowledgeable and very nice. You can visit the garden without reservation, but you have to book the tour months in advance. Totally worth the planning.

Really nice guide, worth the money, tho I would though ticket selling for such a price would include an option to take pictures also indoors. You have to buy extra ticket for that which costs like 300 czk. Other than that beautiful and amazing to finally know the story behind that place.
