I have one bad experience with Hecht product... But anyway you can buy several garden stuff here.

This place has THE worst customer service in the universe. Not only that is far away from everything, but nobody from the employees ever answer your phone calls. I spend hours on the phone trying to reach someone... it´s impossible! In the end I spend 2 hours driving there to find out that only store is open but not the servis. All I needed was to change the battery ( 1 week old ) which is not recharging properly - only about 50%. The woman behind the counter had bad attitude - certainly does not have any training in customer service , telling me I am gonna have to wait 1 month for new batterry!!! That changed after me complaining a lot and after 2 days I received this message : Dobry den, Vase reklamace c. 1xxxxxxxx byla vyÅizena. Zakazku muzete vyzvednout Po-Pa od 8-17 hod. SERVIS HECHT MOTORS. Na tuto SMS neodpovidejteWhat????? You are not going to send it to me home??? Your product was defected and I had to spend more time and money to make it actually work!!!
