Sauna Central - Praha

Visited during the happy hour, and then also later on a Saturday, and had a very pleasant experience. the facility is clean and well maintained. Attended one of the ceremonies which was fun. It can get a little loud depending on the guests. You receive a sheet and a towel when you enter, many people keep the sheet around them in the sauna, but no swimsuits are allowed. The people at the check-in were very friendly and explaiined everything.

I was here for the first time and I was very excited. One of the most beautiful sauna spots in Prague. I really loved it. The staff is very nice and the place is clean and luxurious. We attended 2 of the sauna ceremonies and it was wonderful. 100% recommend!

Price is good for private sauna but the whirpool is too hot and there was no explanation how to change the temprature. General employers do not speak english well

Great sauna especially during happy hour. You get the discount price with very few people there. I won’t mind paying full prize next time outside happy hours. The jacuzzi is actually cold so more of a cool down “pool” but not the regular jacuzzi experience (hence not 5 stars). Friendly staff and all is clean.

My wife and I took advantage of the Happy Hour rate and had a wonderful time. I found the Sauna Center to be very modern and clean. Staff was very helpful and clearly used to first time visitors. When we very there in the early afternoon there were about 6-8 visitors. Almost everyone used the sheets as a cover when using the saunas & all of the women used the sheets to cover. Wrist bracelets are used to open and lock the lockers and to order and pay for drinks. A very comfortable and pleasant experience.

We were really excited about returning to the Private Wellness facilities but were mostly disappointed by the 90 minute session (purchased via Slevomat). Everything was perfect the first time we visited 3 years ago. This time, someone only came to open the door to the building right at the start of our session and then we had to wait for the cleaning staff to lead us to the Private Wellness because everything was clearly closed. I wondered why we were even allowed to book a 10:30am slot if there's no one there. Finally, when we arrived downstairs, the lady who helped us had trouble with turning on the hot tub which we didn't mind, we thought we would figure it out once she was gone. However, the closer we looked at the hot tub (which was what we were mostly looking forward to) we noticed the water was slightly cloudy, and with even further inspection we noticed hair and bugs and bits we couldn't even recognize floating about. It was so gross we almost left. Not to mention the dirt that seemed permanently stuck to where the water line was (the tub was also only half full). We made the best of it with the sauna (though the light inside didn't work) and watching TV but we were sorely disappointed over all and ended up leaving about 50 minutes into the session. I don't see negative reviews mentioning this but I don't know if we will ever be back.

They had to prepare the private wellness room last minute because of some miscommunication from our side and they made it perfect anyway. Great subdued atmosphere and very clean.The people saying in the comment that there was not enough water or it was too cold probably didn't see you have total control of the tap, just fix it to your taste. And no cleaning person came in the room, they were waiting for us to go out. If you're polite to people, they usually are to you too.Thanks for the great time!

Very arrogant russian speaking ladies at the reception. Dancing in the reception. If you ask any questions, first thing they say is, then don't use the sauna". Disappointed.Maybe i cannot make out the difference between the languages

Really nice sauna experience, but at the end of a peaceful 90 minutes an employee yelled at me about a door being closed that wasn’t supposed to be, and though I wasn’t the one who closed it and we opened it right back up, she continued to yell. It felt disrespectful and I would go somewhere else next time. Their “homemade” lemonades are made from syrups.

Visited today. Dressing room and WC area smelled like cigarettes. Couple were having s*x in one of the saunas. Other then that everything was great.
